About CreatorFlux & The Role:

CreatorFlux Media is an exclusive digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end to end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions & creator-led content IP development. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators - particularly those from non-metro regions - gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.

This is more than an influencer play, it's a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.

The Brand Solutions Head will lead strategic solutioning and revenue growth for CreatorFlux's influencer marketing business. This role focuses on converting brand objectives into insight-led, scalable influencer and content solutions, while building and leading the Brand Solutions function for sustained growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Brand & Campaign Solutioning

  • Own end-to-end solutioning for large and mid-sized brand briefs across influencer marketing, content-led campaigns, and integrated partnerships
  • Translate business objectives into compelling, insight-driven campaign strategies and creative frameworks
  • Lead high-stakes pitches and presentations with senior brand stakeholders
  • Develop custom solutions and long-term partnership models beyond standard campaign formats

2. Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for senior brand stakeholders (Brand Heads, Marketing Managers, CMOs)
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships focused on value creation rather than one-off executions
  • Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities, retainers, and scalable engagement models
  • Represent CreatorFlux as a thought partner in influencer and digital marketing

3. Revenue Ownership & Business Growth

  • Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and new business opportunities
  • Drive closures through strong commercial structuring, pricing, and negotiations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across creators, IPs, content formats, and long-term collaborations
  • Contribute to overall business growth strategy and annual planning

4. Influencer & Creator Strategy

  • Lead influencer strategy across tiers, ensuring strong brand fit and performance alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with talent, creator partnerships, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class executions.
  • Ensure creator-led content balances authenticity with brand objectives.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, production, account management, talent, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Translate client expectations into clear internal briefs and solution frameworks
  • Ensure strategic intent is maintained through execution and delivery

6. Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and structure the junior talent team from the ground up, partnering closely with the hiring team to recruit the right talent for the function
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on strategy, client handling, and solution thinking
  • Set clear processes, frameworks, and quality benchmarks for the Brand Solutions function

7. Performance & Learning Orientation

  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and extract actionable insights
  • Use data and learnings to refine future strategies and pitches
  • Stay updated on platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging content formats

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in Brand Solutions, Planning, Influencer Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Integrated Marketing roles.
  • Strong exposure to influencer-led and content-driven campaigns.
  • Proven experience in handling senior stakeholders and large accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, close deals, and scale accounts.
  • Experience in building and leading teams is mandatory.
