Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategy-driven Brand Solutions Manager who can translate brand briefs into compelling campaign ideas and drive seamless execution across influencer, content, and talent-led integrations.
This role combines creative thinking, sales support, and hands-on campaign management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing pitch concepts as well as managing execution across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Pitch Development
- Interpret brand objectives and marketing challenges to develop insight-led campaign concepts
- Build customized, high-impact presentations aligned to brand positioning
- Collaborate with the Sales team to strengthen pitch narratives and improve win rates
Campaign Execution & Integration Management
- Manage end-to-end coordination of campaigns from post-sale handover to completion
- Translate pitch ideas into execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee brand integrations across influencer, talent, and content ecosystems
- Ensure deliverables are executed in line with client expectations and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Talent, Influencer, Creative, and Social teams
Client & Internal Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between client teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and maintain quality control
- Support reporting and post-campaign documentation
Candidate Profile
- 14 years of experience in branded content, influencer marketing, media, advertising, or digital agencies
- Strong creative and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent presentation-building skills (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
