Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms to match brand briefs and campaign KPIs.
  • Lead influencer outreach, onboarding, and relationship managementact as primary day-to-day contact for creators and talent agencies.
  • Translate brand briefs into clear content guidelines, shot lists, and delivery timelines; coordinate content approvals and publishing schedules.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign logistics: scope finalization, contracting, payment coordination, and deliverable verification.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions); prepare concise post-campaign reports and optimization recommendations.
  • Support business development by preparing pitch decks, creator line-ups, and scalable proposal templates to win and retain brand accounts.
