Marketing & Advertising Influencer Marketing and Brand Solutions consultancy working with consumer brands across India and global markets. We deliver creator-led brand campaigns, performance-driven influencer activations, and integrated social-first content strategies that drive awareness and conversion. This is an on-site role based in India focused on executing high-impact influencer campaigns end-to-end.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end influencer campaign execution: campaign setup, briefing, content approvals, delivery tracking, and post-campaign wrap-up.
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned to brand briefs; manage outreach and nurture long-term creator relationships.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and coordinate shoot schedules, content revisions, and publishing timelines with creators and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok); generate timely performance reports and actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage contracts, usage rights, and compliance checks; ensure brand safety and adherence to disclosure/regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain campaign budgets, track invoices, and coordinate with finance for timely payouts and reconciliations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 13 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or agency-side brand solutions.
- Hands-on proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) and creator databases.
- Strong practical knowledge of social media analytics and KPI tracking for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Proven ability to manage creator outreach, scouting, and negotiation for campaign delivery.
- Familiarity with contracts, usage rights, disclosure guidelines, and brand safety practices.
- Organized with strong stakeholder management and written communication for client-facing briefs and reports.
Preferred
- TikTok short-form content strategy experience and creator monetization understanding.
- Basic video editing knowledge (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) for content QA and guidance.
- Prior experience in an agency or consultancy supporting pan-India or regional brand campaigns.
