This is a builder role.
As Growth Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue, working directly with the founder to:
- Build Fixit's inbound growth engine from scratch
- Shape the GTM narrative for a new category
- Turn demand into demos, pilots, and recurring revenue
High ownership. High visibility. Real impact.
Responsibilities:
1) Build the inbound engine
- Design and execute a 6month inbound growth roadmap
- Define sharp content pillars around real estate pain points: lead leakage, slow followups, weak qualification
- Create highsignal assets: LinkedIn content, landing pages, email flows, case studies
- Launch flagship assets (AI Sales Benchmark Report, Lead Leakage Calculator, Real Estate AI Playbook)
- Scale Fixit's presence across LinkedIn, website, SEO, YouTube, and WhatsApp
2) Shape the GTM
- Identify and prioritize highvalue ICPs (brokers, channel partners, developers, enterprise, international)
- Map buyer journeys and conversion funnels
- Analyze competitors and sharpen Fixit's positioning
- Own the category narrative: AI Sales Employee for Real Estate
3) Run Experiments that compound
- Design and run structured growth experiments across content, SEO, paid, and partnerships
- Build repeatable growth loops: leads demos pilots paid accounts
- Track funnel metrics obsessively and optimize conversion at every stage
4) Story Telling
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, compelling narratives
- Build sales enablement assets: pitch decks, demo storylines, onepagers, FAQs
- Turn live pilots into ROIdriven case studies
5) Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner directly with the founder on strategic initiatives
- Feed market insights into product and engineering decisions
- Build customer feedback loops (NPS, qualitative insights, objections, wins)
