The Role

This is a pure new business role. You identify, prospect, and close brand clients for Madify's influencer marketing services.

If you've been carrying a sales target at a digital marketing or influencer agency and feel like the ceiling on your earnings does not match the work you're putting in, this is your move.

Who We're Looking For

You've spent at least 1 year in sales or business development, ideally at an influencer marketing or digital marketing agency. You know how to build a pipeline from scratch, get in front of decision-makers, and close without waiting for inbound to land in your lap.

This role is for someone who is good at selling but working somewhere that caps what they can earn or limits what they can own.

What You'll Own

Outbound Pipeline

  • Build and own a prospect pipeline of brand clients from scratch
  • Identify decision-makers at D2C, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands
  • Run outreach across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls with a consistent follow-up cadence

Sales and Closing

  • Lead discovery calls and pitch meetings with brand marketers and founders
  • Translate client objectives into Madify campaign proposals with support from the delivery team
  • Negotiate and close deals confidently
  • Own clean handoff to the delivery team once a deal is signed

Market Intelligence

  • Track which brands are spending on influencer marketing and where the opportunity is
  • Identify emerging categories where Madify can expand
  • Bring competitor and market insights into your pitches

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience, influencer marketing or digital marketing agency background strongly preferred
  • You've carried and hit a revenue target, not just supported someone who did
  • Comfortable selling to brand marketers and founders, not just responding to inbound RFPs
  • Sharp communicator: confident on calls, clear in writing, and consistent on follow-up
  • Self-starter who can build a pipeline from zero without waiting to be handed leads

Compensation Competitive fixed + uncapped incentive on deals closed. Open to discussion based on what you're currently earning and what you're ready to own.
