Job Title: Brand Partnerships & Affiliations Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic *Brand Partnerships & Affiliations Manager* to drive strategic collaborations with leading brands across *FMCG, hygiene, caf, retail, lifestyle, and allied categories*.
The role focuses on *revenue generation, co-branding initiatives, in-store activations, and long-term partnerships* aligned with the company's growth vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and onboard potential brand partners across FMCG, hygiene, caf, retail, and lifestyle sectors
* Develop collaboration concepts, pitch decks, proposals, and commercial models
* Lead end-to-end partnership discussions including commercials, scope, deliverables, and timelines
* Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Operations, Marketing, Legal) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
* Manage MoUs, agreements, and all partnership-related documentation
* Plan and execute co-branding initiatives, in-store branding, sampling campaigns, and brand activations
* Track and analyze performance of collaborations; prepare regular MIS and performance reports
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing partners and drive repeat collaborations
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, brand meetings, and networking forums.
Desired Skills & Competencies
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
* Proven experience in brand partnerships, alliances, or key account management
* Ability to structure win-win commercial and revenue models
* Good understanding of FMCG, retail, caf, and hygiene brand ecosystems
* Excellent follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong presentation, proposal-making, and pitching capabilities.
Qualification & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* *47 years* of experience in brand collaborations, partnerships, or business development
* Prior experience working with *FMCG / Retail / Caf brands* will be a strong advantage

* Timely and successful execution of collaboration campaigns
