Role Overview
We're looking for a well-networked and driven Brand Deals Partner to bring high-value brand collaborations to our roster of creators and influencers. This role is focused on monetizing creator content through strategic partnerships, while building long-term relationships with brands and agencies in the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and close brand deals for creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, media agencies, and influencer marketing teams
- Actively pitch creators for campaigns, ensuring strong brand–creator fit
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials for influencer campaigns
- Collaborate closely with creators to align on content, pricing, and expectations
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns from onboarding to delivery
- Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and brand spending patterns
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
- Strong network within brands, agencies, or the influencer ecosystem
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue
- Deep understanding of creator economics, pricing, and engagement metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creator-first environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with influencer agencies or creator management firms
- Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and influencer platforms
- Understanding of regional and niche creator markets
