About the Role

The Brand Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and scaling high-impact brand partnerships on the Kaze Living marketplace. This role owns end-to-end brand performance from onboarding and commercial structuring to revenue growth, marketing monetization, and category expansion.

The position carries clear accountability for brand-wise and category-wise business outcomes, including GMV growth, margin improvement, and incremental marketing revenue from partner brands.

Kaze Living, a brand under Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak (KSKT), is a premium Healthy Food marketplace that brings 100% fresh, chemical-free, and pesticide-free produce directly from trusted farms to consumers. With a strong focus on sustainability, nutrition, and transparency, Kaze Living ensures traceability from seed to plate while making healthy, gourmet food choices accessible to urban households.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Onboarding & Portfolio Development

  • Identify and onboard strategic brands aligned with Kaze Living's positioning in healthy, premium, and clean-label products.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding including commercial negotiations, documentation coordination, and go-live execution.
  • Build a structured brand pipeline based on category gaps, growth priorities, and long-term portfolio strategy.

Brand Performance & Growth

  • Own performance of assigned brands on the platform across revenue, margin, and sell-through metrics.
  • Develop and execute brand growth plans covering assortment expansion, pricing strategy, promotions, and visibility.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with partner brands to track progress and align on growth initiatives.

Marketing Monetization & Partnership Revenue

  • Design and execute brand-funded marketing programs such as sponsored placements, visibility packages, and co-funded campaigns.
  • Negotiate annual and campaign-specific marketing budgets with partner brands.
  • Drive incremental revenue through monetization of marketplace assets including homepage features, category sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing investments deliver measurable ROI for both Kaze Living and partner brands.

Category Growth & Business Planning

  • Own assigned categories as independent business units with responsibility for revenue growth, margin improvement, and portfolio health.
  • Lead quarterly category planning cycles including brand mix optimization and SKU rationalization.
  • Drive data-led decisions to scale high-performing brands and phase out underperforming products or partnerships.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Track and improve key commercial metrics including gross margin, contribution margin, stock turns, and working capital efficiency.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of growth plans.
  • Prepare regular performance dashboards and business reviews for senior leadership.

Marketing revenue generated from partner brands

ROI on brand-funded campaigns

SKU productivity and portfolio efficiency

Share of revenue from top-performing brands

Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in:

Marketplace category management

Brand partnerships

E-commerce growth roles

FMCG / D2C commercial or business development

Skills & Competencies

Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Proven ability to drive revenue and margin outcomes

High analytical orientation and comfort with business metrics

Ability to manage multiple brand relationships with strategic focus

Strong communication and stakeholder management capability

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline

MBA preferred
