Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Role Description

Build and grow a revenue pipeline across key sectors such as FMCG, Beauty, BFSI, D2C, and more

Represent the brand's best interests by curating and pitching the most effective influencer marketing solutions across India's top public figures and creators

Collaborate with Client Servicing and Creative to develop full-funnel campaign proposals, content strategies, and execution plans

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate platform strategies, creator selection, and performance-focused content opportunities

Maintain active relationships with media heads, brand managers, CMOs, and agencies to drive repeat and long-term business.

What we're looking for-

Must have 2+ years of experience in the Influencer Marketing Company

Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of what brand teams value

Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to sell ideas and concepts confidently

Experience in influencer marketing, branded content sales, or digital media

Proficiency in identifying the right creators for a campaign, regardless of affiliation

High-agency individual who thrives in client-facing, fast-moving environments.

Track record of high-performing sales across creators, campaigns, or digital platforms

Strategic thinking with an ability to connect storytelling to ROI

Comes with warm brand relationships and knowledge of how decisions are made internally
