• Conduct rigorous research, analyze communications, and synthesize information into actionable insights.
• Develop creative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform channel and platform analysis using analytical tools.
• Provide insights to the creative team, guiding and moderating the creative development process.
• Lead client engagements and deliveries with strategic and operational focus.
