Manage a diverse network of specialized vendors, including fabricators, installation
crews, digital technology support teams, and location partners, to ensure 100%
campaign uptime.
On-Ground Troubleshooting
Act as the primary point of escalation for operational challenges, ensuring all activations
are delivered flawlessly regardless of complexity.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular site visits and digital audits to ensure brand creatives and technical
displays meet contractual specifications and premium quality standards.
