Offline & BTL Marketing (Primary 70%)- Plan and execute BTL activities, on-ground activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage dealer branding, shop-board installations, in-store branding, and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, product launches, and other branding activities.
- Handle vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, signage, hoardings, banners, standees, etc.
- Ensure timely execution of all offline branding activities across locations.
- Conduct market visits to check branding quality, material placement, and visibility.
- Manage budgets, negotiate rates, and track campaign performance.
Digital Marketing Support (Secondary 30%)- Assist in creating social media content and coordinating with the digital team.
- Basic Canva design work, creatives & post edits.
- Support online campaigns, paid ads, and reporting.
- Handle website updates / landing page coordination (if required).
Qualifications
- Experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, and Branding
- Strong expertise in Marketing and Brand Development
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to strategize and execute branding campaigns effectively
- Familiarity with industry trends and insights to drive brand growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
