Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the creation of content, working closely with creative teams, and tracking campaign performance to optimise impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Positioning
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques, Social Media Strategy, and Performance Analysis
  • Experience with Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insights
  • Skill in Team Collaboration, Project Management, and Stakeholder Communication
  • Proficient in content creation and supervising creative processes
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in brand management or marketing roles (minimum 2+ years with D2C brand is preferred)
  • Passionate about marketing trends and delivering impactful brand experiences
