Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement for our sanitaryware product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic planning, preferably within the sanitaryware, building materials, or home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Define product positioning, pricing inputs, and promotional strategies to improve brand performance.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and overall online brand presence.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales and distribution teams to align brand initiatives with revenue objectives.
- Manage advertising, PR, exhibitions, dealer branding, and media planning activities.
- Drive new product launches with strong go-to-market planning and impactful branding execution.
- Coordinate with design and creative teams for marketing collaterals, packaging, and visual identity.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Track brand KPIs, campaign ROI, and performance metrics; recommend optimization strategies.
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets effectively.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing (sanitaryware / tiles / building materials preferred).
- Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Experience handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B + B2C marketing within sanitaryware / building materials segment.
- Exposure to dealer marketing, retail branding, and channel promotions.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and influencer collaborations.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking ability.
