Job Description

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives to elevate the company's position in the payments industry.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our payment products, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and consumer preferences, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, and events.
  • Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.

The Successful Applicant


  • 15+ years of proven experience in brand marketing and extensive brand building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing within the FinTech - Payments / ConsumerTech / Ecommerce industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
