CTC - 3.5LPA Fixed + 50k Variable

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Brand Marketing (B2B) professional at our Bengaluru office. The role involves driving brand strategy, managing brand communications, implementing branding initiatives, and collaborating with sales teams to strengthen the brand's presence in the B2B market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that the brand aligns with business goals and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring smooth integration into the platform.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute advertising campaigns aligned with their goals.
  • Ensure campaigns are deployed successfully and meet client expectations.
  • Knowledge of Brand Strategy and Brand Management is required.
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi (mandatory). Knowing a regional language is a plus.
  • Exposure to or willingness to engage with sales opportunities in marketing activities.
  • Ability to strategize and execute branding campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. Freshers are eligible for this role
