We are seeking a Marketing Designer who can translate ideas into high-impact visual content that strengthens our brand presence and supports sales and marketing efforts. The role requires someone who can work at speed with high-quality output, proactively bring ideas to the table, and leverage the latest AI tools to improve turnaround times and creativity.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign engaging presentations, proposals, whitepapers, and reports that communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- .Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, social media creatives, and other promotional assets
- .Create videos and motion-based content to support campaigns and storytelling
- .Enhance and maintain brand assets and visual identity across all touchpoints
- .Design landing pages, microsites, and marketing-focused web pages
- .Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, Nano Banana, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI tools) to accelerate workflows and improve turnaround times
- .Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all design materials
- .Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create assets that directly support business goals
- .Apply a sales and marketing mindsetunderstanding audience needs, campaign objectives, and commercial impact in every design
- .Work proactively by contributing ideas and initiatives that strengthen the company's visibility, brand identity, and market presence
.Requirement
- sDegree in Design and/or Marketing (a marketing degree and relevant marketing design experience are strong advantages)
- .Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- .Comfortable working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI tools, etc.) to speed up turnaround times
- .Strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals and the ability to design with business goals in mind
- .Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing and sales assets (presentations, proposals, reports, social creatives, videos, brand identity materials, etc.)
- .Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills in English
