The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Designer (Brand + Motion) to turn ideas and scripts into high-performing visual assetsvideo edits, motion graphics, LinkedIn carousels, blog/landing visuals, YouTube thumbnails, and p-SEO illustration styles. You'll pair strong brand craft with motion timing and reliable exports, keeping a steady, fast cadence that moves CTR, watch-time, and MQLs.
What you'll do
- Produce high-quality marketing visuals across formats at a healthy, reliable cadence.
- Build and maintain a marketing design system (type, color, grids, motion presets, lower-thirds, end cards, thumbnail templates).
- Partner with content and sales/SDR to translate briefs into assets that drive measurable outcomes.
- Run light A/B tests (esp. thumbnails) and fold learning back into templates.
- Keep files clean and shippable (Figma exports for web/social/Webflow; clear naming and versions).
- Use AI tools (Runway/Pika/Firefly/ChatGPT) for speed without compromising craft.
What you'll bring (must-haves)
- Visual craft: typography, hierarchy, spacing, brand consistency.
- Motion capability: timing/easing fundamentals; short-form storytelling (After Effects or equivalent).
- Video editing: Premiere/Resolve (or similar) with clean audio, pacing, and export specs.
- Figma: component thinking; templates for reuse.
- Portfolio that shows B2B/SaaS or product-led work across multiple formats.
- Comfort with a fast, weekly shipping rhythm and excellent file hygiene.
Nice-to-haves
- Rive/Lottie; light 3D (Blender/C4D); Webflow basics.
- Basic analytics literacy (CTR, retention, session depth, UTMs).
- Experience building a thumbnail system or motion identity for a channel.

Figma, After Effects, Premiere/Resolve, Rive/Lottie, Webflow (basic), Frame.io/Drive, Notion/Linear, plus AI tools (Runway/Pika/Firefly/ChatGPT/Cursor).
