Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager, based in Gurugram. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that align with the company's vision. This includes conducting market research and analysis, creating brand marketing campaigns, overseeing advertising initiatives, building partnerships, and driving brand awareness and loyalty. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and successful execution of strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy and Development, including experience with creating brand positioning and identity
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insights to guide strategic decisions
- Experience in Campaign Management, Advertising, and Digital Marketing
- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt to dynamic markets
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics tools, CRM software, social media platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in brand management, preferably within a fast-paced industry
