About Voy

Since 2019, Voy has transformed the health of more than 20 Lakh members globally across the Europe, Germany, Brazil, and we're now in India to administer evidence-based, science-led medical care.

Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India's first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

The Mission (What You'll Be Doing)

• Help plan and execute high-impact brand campaigns that cut through the noise of the wellness industry.
• Turn complex clinical data into scroll-stopping content across social, web, and email. You'll be the voice of EarlyFit.
• Visual Storytelling: Use Canva, Adobe, and video tools to ensure our brand looks as premium as our medical care.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sit at the intersection of Product and Design to launch new features and diagnostics with a bang.
• Be our eyes and ears. If there's a trend in health-tech or a shift in the GLP space, you've already briefed the team on it.

Are you the One

• 3-8 Years of Hustle: You've spent time in branding, marketing, or creative agencies and have the portfolio to prove it.
• A Content Native: You don't just use social media; you understand the nuances of TikTok/Reels, LinkedIn, and community building.
• Design-Fluent: You can hold your own in Adobe Creative Suite and whip up high-fidelity assets in Canva.
• Detail-Obsessed: You notice when a hex code is off by one digit or a caption has a stray typo. Consistency is your middle name.
• Mission-Driven: You're genuinely excited about the intersection of health, science, and technology.
