SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools is looking for a creative Content Creator / Personal Brand Manager to work closely with Amol Arora and Meenal Arora.

The role is focused on creating high-quality content around:

• Education

• Schools

• Parenting

• Children

• Teachers

• School leadership

• Learning

• Entrepreneurship

We are looking for someone who understands modern social media and can convert knowledge, opinions and conversations into content people actually want to watch and share.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

You will work directly with Amol Arora and Meenal Arora to plan and create content for:

• Instagram Reels

• YouTube Shorts

• YouTube videos

• LinkedIn posts

• Facebook

• Podcasts

• Carousels

• Personal branding

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research education, parenting and schooling topics

• Find questions parents and school owners are asking

• Prepare content ideas every week

• Prepare questions for videos and interviews

• Sit in recording sessions and help guide conversations

• Identify strong opinions, stories and useful ideas

• Find the best clips from long conversations

• Write strong opening hooks for Reels and Shorts

• Create ideas for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Work with video editors and designers

• Give clear editing briefs

• Help turn one long video into many short videos

• Track trending topics and popular content formats

• Study creators, podcasts and personal brands

• Track what content performs best

• Build repeatable content series

• Maintain a content idea bank

• Use AI tools to speed up research, writing and content repurposing

EXAMPLE OF THE WORK

If Amol says during a conversation:

Parents often spend too much time choosing the school board and not enough time studying the quality of teachers.

You should be able to turn this into:

CBSE or ICSE Parents may be asking the wrong question.

That could become:

• A Reel

• A YouTube Short

• A LinkedIn post

• An Instagram carousel

• A longer YouTube discussion

This ability to identify a strong idea is very important for the role.

Have strong content ideas

Can write simple and strong hooks

Are naturally curious

Enjoy research

Can ask good interview questions

Have good English communication skills

Understand Hindi

Can work with founders and senior professionals

Can manage several content ideas at the same time

Understand what makes people stop scrolling

Candidates may come from:

TOOLS YOU MAY USE

Experience with these tools is useful:

• ChatGPT

• Canva

• OpusClip

• CapCut

• Premiere Pro

• HeyGen

• ElevenLabs

• Google Docs / Sheets

You do not need to be an expert video editor.

Your main strength should be content thinking and content creation.

HOW WILL YOUR PERFORMANCE BE MEASURED

We will measure:

• Quality of content ideas

• Number of strong content ideas generated

• Reels and Shorts produced from each recording

• Watch time

• Views

• Engagement

• Content consistency

• Growth of the personal brands

• Speed from idea to published content
