Role Description:-

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Brand Manager (Ludhiana).

You'll be the voice, vision, and growth driver behind the brands we handle. This role is not just about managing it's about building brands that people remember.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies across digital platforms
• Plan and oversee content direction, campaigns, and brand communication
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent brand storytelling
• Identify growth opportunities and scale brand visibility & engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (ads, content, website, etc.)

Requirements:-

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand management
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology
• Experience in handling D2C brands / fashion / lifestyle brands preferred
• Ability to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize strategies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
