Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager based in Mumbai.

Development of the Brand Strategy as per the brand vision & goals
Translate brand strategy into brand plans, positioning & go to market strategies

Research & Analytics:
oMonitoring Market Trends
oUnderstanding current and potential customers
oResearching and reporting on external opportunities
Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly
Implementation of the brand plan & managing the overall budgets
Managing agencies & ensuring effectiveness of marketing spends
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) & taking corrective action wherever required

Brand Manager Profile:
Min 4- 5 years of Brand Management / Brand Building Experience in the FMCG industry
Understanding of research methodologies and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Proven ability to develop brand & marketing strategies
In-depth understanding of the category, products
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Up to date with latest trends and best practices in marketing
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in designing
