Brand Manager Private Label

Role Summary
- Own the strategy, positioning, and growth of Just In Time's private label watch brands.
- This role is responsible for turning private label from a retail line item into a recognised, scalable brand portfolio.
- You are not managing SKUs.
- You are building brands.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Define positioning for each private label brand
- Clarify target consumer and price architecture
- Build long-term brand narrative
Product & Merchandising
- Work closely with sourcing and product teams
- Define product roadmap by season
- Approve design direction and category expansion
- Ensure commercial viability
Go-To-Market
- Plan launch calendars
- Own campaign briefs with marketing team
- Align retail merchandising and display strategy
Performance Ownership
- Track sales, sell-through, margins
- Identify hero SKUs and laggards
- Drive growth strategy for each label
Distribution Strategy
- Decide where private label sits in-store
- Build elevation strategy within multi-brand environment
- Explore online expansion

- 58 years in brand management (fashion, accessories, watches, lifestyle)
- Strong commercial instinct
- Product sensibility
- Experience working with sourcing or manufacturing teams
- Ability to balance creativity with margin discipline
