Responsibilities:
1. Own and evolve cohesive 360° brand communication across social, packaging, and all commercial touchpoints
2. Conceptualize and lead culturally relevant, social-first brand campaigns
3. Manage a team and partner with designers, creators, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality communication
4. Shape how the brand is positioned and perceived across consumer touchpoints
5. Translate consumer insights into clear, differentiated, trust-led brand narratives Key
Requirements:
1. 4–5 years of experience in D2C / beauty brands or brand/creative agencies
2. Understanding of brand positioning & principles, and consumer psychology
3. Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns end-to-end
4. Exposure to packaging communication and commercial content development
5. Strong creative judgment with attention to consistency and quality
6. Ability to lead a team and operate independently in high-growth, fast-moving environments
Education:
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing
