Key Responsibilities :

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication across all channels
  • Support the development and execution of brand-building initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify branding opportunities.

Content & Communication

  • Coordinate creation of blogs, case studies, customer stories, website content, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Campaigns & Events

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate webinars, industry events, exhibitions, partnerships, and brand activations.
  • Support employer branding and internal branding initiatives.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor brand-related metrics such as website traffic, social engagement, campaign reach, share of voice, and brand awareness.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for optimization

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Corporate Communications, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications.

  • Experience in logistics, SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or startup environments.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn marketing and B2B branding
  • Experience working with design, content, PR, or creative agencies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, LeadSquared, or marketing automation platforms.
