Brand Manager
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (on-site)
Experience: 3–4 years in social media marketing / content strategy, ideally with D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brands

What we're looking for
We're on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who isn't just about posting pretty pictures. We need someone who can:
Guide and keep a young creative team aligned toward shared goals
Plan smarter and further ahead, so campaigns feel cohesive and fresh
Research trends, competitors, and new formats to keep Nap Chief ahead of the curve
Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketplace teams to ensure every post supports bigger brand and business objectives
Your day-to-day at Nap Chief
Own and manage the monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & beyond
Guide reel ideation, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns
Use analytics tools to track what's working (and what's not) — and share actionable insights
Set clear goals for the team/department and help everyone stay focused on achieving them
Mentor designers, writers, and video editors so creative output stays bold, fresh, and brand-right
Bring fresh, data-backed ideas to grow reach, engagement, and community
What makes you a great fit
3–4 years of hands-on social media or digital content experience (agency or brand)
Natural leader who enjoys mentoring and structuring young teams
Up to speed with meme culture, reels, influencer strategies & D2C growth tactics
Strong planner, clear communicator, and excited to work on-site from Navi Mumbai (we're open to outstation candidates willing to relocate)
