Role: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Brand Marketing

Type of Employment: Full-time | 5 days work from office

Location: Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy

Strategize, plan, and manage comprehensive social media initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to elevate brand presence and engagement.

2. Content Creation and Curation

Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content that embodies the luxury and experiential ethos of Lohono Stays.

3. Social Media Engagement

Oversee daily content scheduling and posting. Actively manage audience interactions by responding to comments, messages, and fostering engagement through polls, quizzes, and other interactive formats.

4. Influencer and Partnership Strategy

Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand-aligned partners. Coordinate campaigns and co-create content to boost brand visibility and reach.

5. Campaign Management.

Evaluation and analysis of organic campaigns

6. Community Building

Nurture and manage online communities that promote positive interactions, brand advocacy, and customer loyalty.

7. Data Analytics & Reporting

Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, competitive benchmarks, and content performance. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and present regular reports to stakeholders.

8. Crisis Management

Proactively monitor brand mentions and swiftly manage potential issues to protect and uphold Lohono Stays reputation.

9. Event Promotion, Brand Collaborations & Content Marketing

Promote exclusive villa launches, luxury events, and brand partnerships through compelling social media content. Lead content marketing initiatives that drive engagement and reinforce the brand's premium positioning.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience managing brand collaboration, social media and influencer marketing, preferably within the luxury, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of diverse social media channels and up to date on latest trends.

Personal Qualities:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the luxury hospitality or villa rental space.
  • Established network with luxury travel influencers, PR agencies, or content creators.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), influencer management platforms, and media outreach tools.
