About the Role
We're seeking a Brand Manager to own and elevate the brand across digital, print, on-ground, social, and influencer ecosystems. You will shape how the world sees us, blending strategy and execution through campaigns, storytelling, influencer collaborations, and content creation.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in brand marketing, with 2+ years in youth-focused, premium B2C brands
- Proven influencer and creator partnership management
- Skilled in multi-channel campaigns: digital, offline, social, influencer
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and millennial behaviour
- Platform native: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Detail-oriented, creative, and hands-on
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Identity: Define brand voice, messaging, and visual guidelines; monitor brand health
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels; manage projects from concept to delivery
- Social Media Oversight: Drive social storytelling; ensure consistent tone, aesthetics, and engagement
- Influencer & Community Partnerships: Onboard and manage creators; co-create campaigns and track ROI
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage agencies, approve assets, track KPIs and budgets
- Visual & Content Quality Control: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Events & Activations: Own brand presence at events, launches, and partnerships
