Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and consumer-focused Senior Brand Manager to drive NPD and brand growth for HealthKart's wellness and nutrition brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end NPD from ideation, formulation and packaging to pricing and launch.
  • Identify consumer needs, market trends and whitespace opportunities.
  • Develop product propositions, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive category and product performance through consumer and market insights.
  • Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Sales and Analytics teams.
  • Own key revenue and profitability metrics for the portfolio.
  • Track competition and identify opportunities to strengthen the product portfolio.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management / Product Marketing / Product Management.
  • Mandatory: D2C / Wellness / Fitness / Nutrition / Consumer Product experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in NPD and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, product, pricing, packaging and GTM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, analytical thinking and bias for action.
