We are looking for a Brand Manager – Growth & Content who can lead brand storytelling, content quality, and creative direction across all consumer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both brand building and growth, and can ensure that every piece of content reflects the identity of The Cinnamon Kitchen while also driving engagement and revenue.

Role Objective

Own the brand voice, content direction, and creative strategy across both performance and organic channels, ensuring everything published is high quality, on-brand, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Content Direction

  • Define and evolve brand tone, voice, and storytelling
  • Translate business goals into clear content directions
  • Ensure consistency across:
  • Instagram
  • Ads
  • Website
  • Influencer communication

2. Performance + Organic Alignment

  • Work closely with paid media teams to understand what content is driving results
  • Convert insights into stronger content strategy
  • Ensure performance content remains authentic and organic content remains purposeful

3. Creative Strategy

  • Build weekly and monthly content direction plans
  • Define hooks, formats, and storytelling styles
  • Guide internal teams on content creation approach

4. Content Quality Control

  • Review all content before publishing
  • Ensure strong hooks, clear messaging, clean copy, and visual quality

5. Team Management

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors
  • Provide feedback, direction, and iteration inputs

6. Consumer Understanding

  • Understand customer behavior, engagement patterns, and what drives resonance
  • Build content that people want to follow, not just buy from

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–8+ years of experience in D2C or consumer brands
  • Experience in food, lifestyle, or beauty preferred
  • Strong taste in content and creative judgment
  • Experience across both performance and organic content strategy
  • Strong campaign thinking and creative direction ability
