Job Description

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Manage brand architecture, guidelines, and tone of voice.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Work with creative and media agencies on campaign development and execution.
  • Oversee product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research, consumer studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Track brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, and preference.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Product & Portfolio Management

  • Work closely with product, sales, and supply chain teams on pricing, packaging, and promotions.
  • Drive innovation, renovation, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
  • Support sales teams with brand-led trade and activation programs.
