Mode: In-Office (5.5 Working Days)

Overview

At EazyGrad we're building one of India's most trusted education brands and we know that smart growth starts with smarter marketing. As a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can build and grow our brand's digital presence. You will shape our brand voice online, research trends, identify the right channels for growth, and develop content strategies that strengthen brand presence and expand reach across digital platforms over time. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing and growing brands on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube from 0-1.

In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities) :

  • Develop and execute a long-term social media brand strategy
  • Research audience behavior, competitors, and emerging trends
  • Conceptualize engaging and binge-worthy content ideas and series
  • Build a consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach

If you have: (Requirements):

  • 46 years of relevant experience in brand building or social media stratergy
  • Experience building or significantly growing a social media presence
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong storytelling, research, and creative thinking skills
  • Understanding of content hooks, audience psychology, and viral formats
  • Experience as a content creator or having built your own page/channel is a big plus
