Job Summary
Dot & Key is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand growth, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives. The role will focus on translating consumer insights into impactful brand strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all channels including digital, e-commerce, retail, and content platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature rollouts, including packaging direction, pricing guidance, and launch communications.
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into actionable brand initiatives that strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints (website, digital platforms, retail environments, content, and e-commerce) to ensure consistency and strong brand recall.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver on-brand experiences across product development, packaging, and communications.
- Define and monitor key brand performance metrics including awareness, consideration, preference, loyalty, and NPS; measure the ROI of brand campaigns and programs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives such as CRM programs, loyalty initiatives, brand partnerships, and sponsorships using a structured project management approach.
- Lead market research and consumer testing to refine brand messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 56 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into business and brand strategies.
- Experience managing multi-channel brand communication (digital, retail, and e-commerce).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
