Brand Manager
Ban Labs is established in the year of 1966, it is a leading player in Ayurvedic, Herbal and cosmetic products with remarkable presence across India and abroad. The Company is having a strong presence in segments of OTC products, Stationery and Clothing across country.
Company is looking forward for enthusiastic candidate for Brand Manager Position. This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies for Online and Offline channels
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
Qualifications, Experience and Required Skills
Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing
3+ years of brand management or marketing experience
Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
