About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Marketing & Communications Manager to support our marketing and brand-building efforts. This is a hands-on role that spans brand promotions, PR, influencer & celebrity collaborations, website management, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, proactive, and passionate about growing brands in a fast-paced environment.
The person will work closely with the leadership, creative, merchandising, retention, performance marketing, and supply chain teams to shape Aza's brand presence and grow its business across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Campaigns
- Lead the process of planning and executing brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather insights to optimize future campaigns.
Public Relations & Media
- Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and media coverage.
- Track media placements and press mentions.
- Draft PR articles
Influencer & Celebrity Marketing
- Support influencer identification, outreach, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in managing product coordination, deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with celebrity teams/agencies for shoots, approvals, and events.
Marketing Activities & Events
- Contribute to the execution of marketing events, photoshoots, and brand activations.
- Liaise with vendors and creative teams to ensure timely deliverables.
Creative Coordination
- Work with designers, content creators, and videographers to bring brand stories to life.
- Ideate and develop creative assets and marketing content.
Growth & Digital Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team on content and messaging strategies.
- Monitor web analytics to support growth initiatives.
- Ideate on international expansion
Website & Content Management
- Coordinate with the merchandising, Tech and graphic teams to update content, banners, and new launches according to the brand guidelines and industry trends.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments such as design, product, merchandising, and more.
- Serve as a key point of contact between marketing and external agencies.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, influencer marketing, and PR.
- Experience leading 360 brand campaigns with high creative standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools, and marketing metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite, Power point, Excel; knowledge of website management, Canva, Adobe tools.
