Job Description

Hiring: Brand Manager - Campaigns, Positioning & Merchandising

Location: Noida  

Type: Full-time  

Experience: 3+ years

We are looking for a Brand Manager who can bring strong structure, commercial thinking, and execution discipline across our brand ecosystem.

This is not a basic coordination role.  

We want someone who understands how to build sharp marketing calendars, plan strong campaigns, improve brand positioning, manage website merchandising, and decide how offers, launches, and hero products should be presented and promoted.

You should know how to make a brand look strong in the market and also perform commercially.

What you will do

- Build and manage monthly and quarterly marketing calendars

- Plan and execute campaigns, launches, seasonal pushes, and promotional moments

- Work on brand positioning, messaging, and communication angles

- Decide how offers should be framed, positioned, and promoted

- Drive website merchandising across homepage, collections, banners, category focus, landing pages, and priority product visibility

- Partner with performance, social media, content, design, CRM, product, and web teams to ensure strong execution

- Create clear campaign briefs for creative, content, and design teams

- Track competitor moves, market trends, and customer behavior to sharpen brand direction

- Support hero SKU pushes, category storytelling, new launches, and campaign-led revenue opportunities

- Ensure brand consistency across website, ads, landing pages, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other communication touchpoints

- Review campaign performance and improve based on data and outcomes

What we are looking for

- 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, campaign management, category marketing, or consumer brand roles

- Strong understanding of campaigns, positioning, website merchandising, offers, launches, and promotions

- Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, content, design, growth, and website

- Strong commercial sense and understanding of how branding supports revenue

- Good judgment on what to push, how to present it, and how to make campaigns stronger

- Strong ownership, follow-up ability, and execution discipline

- Candidates from D2C, consumer brands, digital-first businesses, agency brand planning, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, jewelry, spirituality, education, or content-led brands will be preferred
