About the Role

Support the execution of annual brand strategy, campaign management, and performance tracking. You will act as a key link between strategy and execution across digital and on-ground channels.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to annual brand strategy and identify key consumer insights.
• Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground channels.
• Use campaign performance and platform data to improve media effectiveness and asset quality.
• Support research projects, brand health tracking, and audience segmentation.
• Coordinate with agencies for creative development, media planning, and production.
• Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to ensure coherent messaging.
• Track competitor activity and share insights for timely brand interventions.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of brand or marketing experience.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and data interpretation ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
