Brand Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy, performance marketing assets, PR initiatives, and event management activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, a creative mindset, and proven experience leading a team of 10+ members in the wellness and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategies to build awareness, engagement, and recall.

Oversee the creation and optimisation of performance marketing assets across digital platforms.

Lead PR activities, including media relationships, press releases, brand stories, and influencer collaborations.

Plan and manage on-ground and digital events to enhance brand visibility.

Maintain and establish strong brand aesthetics across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, performance marketing, and product.

Drive creative direction for campaigns, shoots, and communication.

Analyse brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Mentor and manage a team of 10+ members across design, content, and events.

Keep updated with wellness, fitness, and nutrition trends to align brand strategy.

Requirements:

57+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in wellness, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle industries.

Strong creative and aesthetic sense with hands-on experience creating marketing assets.

Experience managing PR, events, and influencer marketing.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a large team.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
