Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across digital, print, and physical touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, digital) to maintain brand consistency
  • Monitor brand visibility and performance across social media, digital platforms, and traditional media
  • Conduct competitor analysis, consumer research, and trend tracking to inform brand decisions
  • Help create or review marketing content, packaging, and POS materials
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers for campaign delivery
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing brand reports
  • Manage brand assets, image libraries, templates, and approval workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Branding, Communications, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in branding, marketing, or advertising (internships/projects for freshers)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A good eye for design and brand aesthetics
  • Familiarity with marketing channels (digital, print, OOH, events)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or brand management platforms is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
