Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolveFootprints brand architecture, messaging, and positioning
  • Build and leadnational and regional brand campaignsthat drive admissions and market leadership
  • Developlocalized brand strategiesfor micro-markets and individual centers
  • Partner withdigital and performance teamsto ensurebrand + growth integration
  • Createinsight-led brand narratives(social, web, video, influencer, offline) that build strong parent trust
  • Manage and optimizebrand presence on digital review platforms and aggregators
  • Conceptualize and executeon-ground activations, events, and partnershipswith parenting communities
  • Conductbrand auditsand maintain a high standard of brand representation
  • What Were Looking For:
  • 5- 8 years of experiencein brand marketing, preferably with multi-location consumer brands (retail, edtech, or D2C)
  • Proven ability totranslate brand campaigns into measurable growth metrics (leads & admissions)
  • Strong understanding ofomnichannel brand buildingdigital + offline
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset,comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup
  • Passion foreducation, parenting, and purpose-driven brands
