Role Description

We are hiring a Brand Identity Designer for a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial remote work.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands branding beyond aesthetics and can build cohesive visual systems that reflect strategy, positioning, and brand psychology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop distinctive brand identities, including logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines

Conceptualize and execute branding strategies aligned with client objectives

Design high-quality marketing creatives such as posters, flyers, and brand collaterals

Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print touchpoints

Collaborate with internal teams including content, video, and marketing

Present creative concepts confidently to clients and incorporate feedback effectively

Ensure all deliverables meet premium design standards and deadlines

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Brand Identity Design, Branding Strategy, and Visual Systems

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand psychology

Ability to translate strategic concepts into compelling visual identities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred

Experience in creating market-driven, client-focused designs is an advantage
