Job Description

  • Define and lead the overall brand strategy, identity, and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop a bold, distinct, and culturally relevant brand voice suited for fastfashion and GenZ audiences.
  • Own the content ecosystem - campaign creation, social media, influencer strategy, video content, and storytelling.
  • Partner with growth, category, product, and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
  • Build and scale a highperformance content and creative team that can deliver rapid, highquality output.
  • Drive 360 campaigns across performance channels, CRM, inapp experiences, and offline activations where relevant.
  • Use consumer insights, trend data, and competitive intelligence to guide creative and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across imagery, typography, tone, packaging, and product drops.
  • Collaborate with leadership to sharpen the brand's long-term narrative and expand into new fashion and cultural territories.
  • Manage agency relationships, production budgets, and timelines to ensure high-impact, cost-efficient execution.

The Successful Applicant

A strong Head of Brand & Content should have:

  • 8-15 years of experience in brand building, creative strategy, or content leadership - ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer tech.
  • Proven experience shaping youthfirst or cultureforward brands.
  • Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate trends into compelling narratives.
  • Deep understanding of social media, digital storytelling, and shortform content dynamics.
  • Experience leading creative teams, agencies, and crossfunctional brand initiatives.
  • Ability to balance fast turnarounds with brand consistency and design excellence.
  • Datadriven mindset paired with strong intuition for culture and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
