Job Description
- Brand development/evolution and brand guideline management.
- Marketing and branding strategy development, planning and execution.
- Market research, data analytics, and competitor tracking to develop insights that drive marketing strategy.
- Planning, management, execution, and sharing learnings from promotional campaigns (including product launches, offer periods, occasion/moment marketing, and events.)
- Design creation and management of cross functional branded assets. Liaise with cross functional teams to lead brand campaign planning, execution, analytics and learning.
- Manage external brand relevant freelancers/agencies like creative, research, and design. Ensure visual, verbal, and written brand consistency across all end user/customer/stakeholder touchpoints and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and compelling product information across relevant channels.
- Brand advocacy and organisational brand induction/ training.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Brand Head should have:
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the digital media landscape. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
