Key Responsibilities
- Manage & optimise marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.).
- Run D2C site (Shopify): product uploads, UX updates, offers, collections.
- Plan & execute launches, promos and monthly revenue strategies.
- Track KPIs: ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, returns %, stock turns.
- Coordinate inventory forecasting, replenishment & operations.
- Drive PDP content, product shoots and brand consistency.
- Deliver weekly performance reports & competitor insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, design & finance.
Key Skills
- Marketplace ops & listing optimisation (PDP, A+ content)
- Paid performance & campaign execution (Amazon Ads, Meta/Google basics)
- Conversion rate optimisation & basic CRO for product pages
- Strong Excel/Sheets + reporting (dashboards, pivot tables)
- Analytics mindset (GA4/basic SQL or BI familiarity)
- Inventory planning & supply-chain coordination
- Merchandising & visual/content direction (shoots, creatives)
- Project management & stakeholder communication
- Negotiation with vendors/platform AMs
- Familiarity with Shopify
Qualifications
- 36 years e-commerce experience (brand + agency/partner)
- Hands-on with marketplaces & Shopify; fashion/lifestyle preferred
