Job Description

Seeking a Dynamic Business Manager for an Apparel Brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive overall business growth across online and offline channels
  • Scale e-commerce performance (marketplaces & D2C), optimising conversions, AOV, and retention
  • Plan and execute growth strategies, including performance marketing, partnerships, and new channels
  • Streamline and scale operations across the supply chain, inventory, and order fulfilment
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve revenue and efficiency
  • Manage relationships with marketplaces, agencies, and external partners
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive data-backed decision making
  • Support new market/category launches and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

  • MBA from a reputed institute
  • 2+ years of experience in business growth, e-commerce, or operations (preferably in apparel/fashion)
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in scaling revenue and processes
  • Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C ecosystems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
  • Experience of working in the founder's office and chief of staff roles is a plus
