Seeking a Dynamic Business Manager for an Apparel Brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive overall business growth across online and offline channels
- Scale e-commerce performance (marketplaces & D2C), optimising conversions, AOV, and retention
- Plan and execute growth strategies, including performance marketing, partnerships, and new channels
- Streamline and scale operations across the supply chain, inventory, and order fulfilment
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve revenue and efficiency
- Manage relationships with marketplaces, agencies, and external partners
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive data-backed decision making
- Support new market/category launches and expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 2+ years of experience in business growth, e-commerce, or operations (preferably in apparel/fashion)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in scaling revenue and processes
- Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
- Experience of working in the founder's office and chief of staff roles is a plus
