About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand Executive to conceptualise and execute
high-impact brand campaigns across the TIGC ecosystem. You will drive storytelling,
develop brand films, and collaborate closely with creative partners to bring big ideas to life.
This role is perfect for someone who thinks visually, understands fashion communication,
and can take a campaign from idea to execution.
Is this you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film, Design, Mass Communication, or similar.
12 years of experience in brand marketing, video production, or content creation.
Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate briefs into powerful visuals.
Experience working with creative agencies and production teams.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Understanding of fashion/lifestyle trends across social and digital.
Quality-first mindset with an obsession for detail and brand consistency.
What you'll do
Campaign Ideation & Execution
Build concepts, storyboards, and scripts for brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and
hero stories.
Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns land across all key touchpoints.
Produce Brand Videos
Lead end-to-end production of brand films, campaign content, reels, product videos,
and founder-led storytelling.
Oversee scripting, shoot planning, talent scouting, and post-production workflows.
Creative Collaboration
Partner with videographers, editors, stylists, designers, and agencies to bring ideas to
life.
Review creative outputs to ensure they align with brand tone and RTBs.
Manage Agencies & Freelancers
Coordinate with external partners for shoots, production, illustration, and design.
Ensure timely, high-quality creative delivery across all assets.
Brand Consistency & Messaging
Maintain and enforce visual and verbal brand identity across campaigns.
Adapt brand storytelling across touchpoints like:
o Website
o App
o Paid ads
o Social
o Influencer collabs
o Retail & offline
o Packaging
o Store screens
Trend Mapping & Creative Research
Stay updated on design, video, pop culture, and fashion communication trends.
Bring fresh formats, references, and global inspiration to campaign thinking.
Pre-requisites
12 years' experience in brand marketing/video/content.
Strong creative + visual storytelling skills.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
Experience working with production houses or content studios.
Basic understanding of digital-first brand communication.
Bonus: Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C.
