Job Description

Role Overview

Ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for consumer brands, digital marketing,

and visual communication. You'll support campaign execution, creative development, and

brand storytelling across digital, marketplace, and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

Support the creation and rollout of brand campaigns across digital, marketplace, and offline

platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and timely execution

of all campaign elements.

2. Creative Development

Work closely with design and copy teams to develop campaign assets, product

communication, platform creatives, and visual storytelling. Prepare clear creative briefs

outlining objectives, audiences, formats, and success metrics.

3. Quality & Brand Consistency

Review visual and written assets to ensure high-quality output, strong attention to detail, and

adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain consistency across layouts, copy, design language,

and packaging communication.

4. Performance Tracking

Monitor brand and campaign performanceengagement, visibility, conversion, and sales

impact. Support post-campaign analysis to identify what worked and optimize future

communication.

5. Consumer & Market Insights

Track category trends, competitor movements, and consumer behaviour to strengthen brand

messaging. Use insights to propose content ideas, visual improvements, and communication

opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Communications, or similar fields

1+ year experience in brand marketing, visual communication, FMCG, D2C,

agencies, or consumer startups

Understanding of design principles + ability to evaluate creatives

Comfort working with design & copy teams with structured feedback

Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Familiarity with digital platforms (Meta, YouTube, marketplaces, CRM)

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data

Passion for pets is a must
