Job Title: Brand Executive
Role Overview:
As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for executing brand strategies and campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams, external stakeholders, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Drive closures on deliverables such as artworks, adaptations, and in-store activations
- Coordinate with Retail Operations teams for placement and implementation of campaign communication materials across all stores in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor campaign rollout across stores and ensure execution within timelines
NSO (New Store Opening) Communication:
- Plan and execute communication requirements for new store openings
- Coordinate launch branding including in-store communication, launch creatives, local marketing collaterals, and promotional materials
- Work with Retail, Projects, VM, and Marketing teams to ensure communication readiness before launch
Brand Communication:
- Assist in creation and delivery of brand communication across channels such as SMS campaigns, radio announcements, and new store launch communication
- Collaborate with retail marketing and digital marketing teams to understand creative requirements and provide solutions for formats and dimensions
- Ensure adherence to brand communication guidelines across stores
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for vendor onboarding, payments, and PO processes
- Liaise with store teams for timely preparation and dispatch of PR packages for journalists and influencers
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and consumer insights
- Share insights to improve brand strategies and campaign effectiveness
Project Management:
- Maintain and update project timelines, trackers, and campaign calendars
- Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines and ensure smooth execution of tasks
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management
- Good understanding of brand communication and basic copywriting skills
- Ability to align deliverables with brand tone and positioning
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and agencies
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuous learning
